NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER THIS COMPETITION. ALL FINALISTS MUST HAVE A TICKET TO THE TSP LIVE 2025 CONFERENCE IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE TO WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW AND OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES. SUBJECT TO ALL FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL LAWS, REGULATIONS, AND ORDINANCES.
PARTICIPATION CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.
1. Overview
TSP EVENTS LLC is “Sponsor” and TSP Pitch Competition is further described herein (“Competition”). As further described below, to participate in the Competition, eligible participants must submit their entries between March 31, 2025 at 8:00 AM Eastern Time (“EST”) and April 25, 2025 at 10:00 PM (EST) (the “Entry Period”). Finalists will be selected in accordance with the terms herein and will be asked to present and pitch their business in person at the TSP Live Conference – June 26 to 28, 2025.
2. Binding Agreement
By entering the Competition, each participant (referenced herein as “you,” “your” or “Participant,” both as an individual and as part of a Team) hereby agrees to these TSP Pitch Competition Terms and Conditions, the Sponsor Terms of Services located here, and Sponsor’s use of your information submitted in connection with Competition in accordance with the Sponsor Privacy Policy located here (together, the “Official Rules”). Submitting an Entry (defined in Section 4.2 below) or participating on a Team that has submitted an Entry signifies your full understanding and agreement to these Official Rules. You may not participate, including by submitting an Entry or receiving any prize described in these Official Rules, unless you accept and agree to comply with these Official Rules. Unless otherwise noted, for all times provided in these Official Rules or in relation to the Competition, the applicable time zone will be Eastern Time. The Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for this Competition.
3. Definitions
- Sponsor: Refers to TSP Events LLC, which is responsible for organizing and administering the TSP Pitch Competition. TSP Events LLC is also referred to as TSP in this document.
- Competition: Refers to the TSP Pitch Competition, the contest being held as outlined in these Official Rules.
- Participant: Refers to any individual who submits an Entry to the Competition and meets all eligibility requirements.
- Entrant: Refers to the business entity that is the subject of the Entry submitted by a Participant. Since a business must meet certain eligibility criteria, the Entrant represents the company seeking to compete.
- Entry: Refers to the official submission made by a Participant, which includes the application, pitch video, and all required information provided through the submission form.
- Finalist: Refers to a Participant whose Entry has been selected through the judging process to compete in the live pitch event at TSP Live 2025.
- Judges: Refers to the panel of independent business experts who will evaluate the Finalists' live pitches and determine the winner based on the evaluation criteria outlined in the Official Rules.
- Prize: Refers to the monetary award or other forms of recognition granted to winners of the Competition, including the $10,000 Grand Prize and the People’s Choice Award.
Eligibility Requirements. As a condition of entry, each Participant must comply with the below eligibility requirements.
3.1. Participant Eligibility Requirements
3.1.1. Participants
To be eligible, all Participants of an Entrant must be (a) at least eighteen (18) years of age and above the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction of legal residence as of the date of Entry, and (b) a permanent legal resident of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, excluding Puerto Rico, as of the date of Entry. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and contractors of TSP Events LLC or Tyler New Media LLC, members of their immediate families (spouses, biological or adoptive parents, step-parents, grandparents, siblings, children, and grandchildren, and each of their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside), and those living in the same household as any of the foregoing for at least three (3) months (whether related or not), are not eligible to enter the Competition or win a prize. Any person with inside information around the outcome of events referenced in the Competition is not eligible to win a prize in the Competition. Sponsor reserves the right to verify each Participant’s eligibility before, during, or after the Competition.
3.2. Business Eligibility Requirements
3.2.1 Business Qualifications
Each Participate shall, in its Entry, describe the corporate entity submitted for entry into the Competition (“Business”). Businesses must be for-profit entities validly formed and in good standing under the laws of a state within the United States as of the date of entry into the Competition.
Businesses must meet the following qualifications:
- Currently operating and generating revenue of at least $25,000 or more in yearly revenue (no idea-stage businesses).
- Be able to provide at least one year of financial records.
- Be a provide official and valid documentation (e.g., Articles of Organization, LLC paperwork, or business registration with the state).
- Be paid, registered attendees to the TSP Live 2025 conference, and must attend the conference to pitch their business in front of the audience and judges.
3.2.2 Additional Business Criteria
Entrants who were awarded cash prizes under the previous 3 Competitions are not eligible to enter this Competition. Entrants of the previous 3 Competitions competitions who were not awarded cash prizes under those competitions are eligible to enter this Competition. Entrants who receive cash prizes from the “people’s choice voting” are eligible to enter this Competition.
3.3. Eligibility Determination; Compliance
At all times during the Competition, up to and including the receipt of the prizes, all Participants must maintain compliance with the eligibility requirements stated in the Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion and at any point during the Competition, to assess each Participant’s and/or Entrant’s eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. If Sponsor requests any assistance in order to assess the Entrant’s compliance, or the compliance of any Participant thereof, you agree promptly to provide such assistance. If the requested assistance is not provided on a timely basis, or if Sponsor has reason to believe or determines that you are not complying with these Official Rules, you may be disqualified and forfeit any benefits or prizes received, in Sponsor’s sole discretion.
4. Entry/Application and Contents of Project
4.1. How to Enter
In order to enter the Competition, the participant must go to the TSP Pitch Competition website (
trafficsalesandprofit.com/pitch) on any internet connected web browser, click the “Apply Now” button, and complete the application during the Entry Period. The Participant must respond to all questions required per the instructions of the application by no later than the close of the Entry Period. Incomplete applications, or applications that do not otherwise meet the requirements set forth herein, will not be eligible to move forward in the competition. The application, and all information provided, must be in the English language. By entering the Competition, the Participant represents and warrants that they are the duly authorized representative for the Business and have obtained all rights necessary to act on the Business’s behalf and all rights and permissions required by the Business to disclose information in the Entry and enter and participate in the Competition.
4.2. Entry Requirements
To be eligible for a prize in the Competition, and as part of the application, your Entry must answer all of the application questions and include a video not to exceed 2 minutes and 500 MB in file size and answer the following questions:
- What is your product/service, and who is your target market?
- What are your current and projected sales revenues?
- What makes your business unique?
- What are your current challenges?
- What will you use the prize money for?
The entry video must meet the following requirements (“Entry Requirements”):
- Must not violate, misappropriate, or infringe the rights of others including, without limitation, patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, publicity, privacy or other proprietary rights, and must be your original work (or you must have secured all rights necessary from third parties for materials that are not original to you in order to submit and allow Sponsor to utilize the Entry) (see “Warranty” Section below for more details);
- Must not contain any malware or be otherwise harmful to our computer system or the computer systems of others;
- Must not impersonate or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
- Must not be unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, deceptive, fraudulent, invasive of another’s privacy, tortious, or contain explicit or graphic descriptions or accounts of, sexual acts, or otherwise contain any other content that is objectionable;
- Must not victimize, harass, degrade, or intimidate an individual or group of individuals on the basis of religion, gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, age, or disability;
- Must meet the terms of these Official Rules and the Entry Requirements;
- Must not contain any advertisement or solicitation unrelated to the Business;
- Must not contain any imagery, content, recording or other audio or visual element that is owned by a third party; and
- Must be in English.
Immediately prior to submitting your Entry, you are required to agree to these Official Rules, on behalf of yourself and the Business. You will not be able to submit your Entry if you do not confirm your acceptance to these Official Rules. To be eligible, the Sponsor must receive your Entry during the Entry Period. Entries that arrive after the Entry Deadline will not be considered. Sponsor will retain possession of all materials submitted with Entries and will not acknowledge or return any Entry materials.
5. Judging/Evaluation Process and Criteria
Sponsor will initially screen all Entries received to determine whether they comply with the basic eligibility requirements for the Competition. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole and unfettered discretion to disqualify any Entry that does not comply with this Agreement.
Entrant acknowledges and agrees that Sponsor and the Released Parties shall not have any confidentiality obligation with respect to the Entry materials, any information provided during any mentoring sessions, the TSP Live Conference, or otherwise any information provided to Sponsor or any of their representatives in connection with the Competition.
Entrant should not disclose any proprietary or confidential information to Sponsor or its representatives.
5.1. Evaluation Criteria
The TSP Pitch Competition (“Competition”) will be evaluated in two phases:
1. Initial Review will be conducted by the TSP Executive Team
- The TSP Executive Team will review all entries to ensure they meet the eligibility requirements and align with the competition's objectives.
- Entries that meet the criteria will be scored based on the evaluation criteria below, and the top applicants will advance to the finalist round.
2. Finalist Selection & Live Pitch will be evaluated by an Independent Panel of Judges
- The top three finalists will be selected and announced on May 12, 2025.
- Finalists will pitch live at TSP Live 2025, where an expert panel of independent judges will evaluate their presentations and determine the winner.
5.2. Judging Criteria
Entries will be scored based on the following evaluation criteria (“Evaluation Criteria”):
1. Business Overview (15%)
- Does the entrant clearly explain their product or service?
- Is there a well-defined problem and solution that the business addresses?
- Does the business model appear sustainable and viable for long-term success?
2. Target Market & Sales Performance (15%)
- Has the entrant identified a clear target market for their product/service?
- Are current and projected revenues provided and realistic?
- Does the entrant demonstrate an understanding of their market opportunity?
3. Unique Selling Proposition (15%)
- What makes this business unique compared to competitors?
- Is there a distinctive market position or competitive advantage?
- Does the business have a compelling value proposition that attracts customers?
4. Business Challenges (10%)
- Has the entrant identified their key business challenges?
- Do they demonstrate awareness of obstacles and have a plan to overcome them?
5. Marketing & Promotion Strategy (15%)
- How does the business currently acquire customers?
- What marketing strategies are in place, and how scalable are they?
- Does the entrant demonstrate an understanding of customer outreach and retention?
6. Use of Funds (15%)
- Does the entrant provide a clear and strategic plan for the $10,000 investment?
-How will the funding be used to directly impact business growth?
7. Presentation Effectiveness (15%)
- Is the pitch clear, engaging, and well-structured?
- Does the entrant communicate with confidence and effectively use their time?
- Is the pitch compelling and persuasive to the judging panel?
Each submission will be scored on a scale of 1 to 5 per category, with a total possible score of 35 points. Judges will evaluate applications based on clarity, feasibility, and business potential.
5.3 Final Selection Process
- The winner will be chosen based on the judges' scores and announced live at TSP Live 2025.
- A People’s Choice Award may also be given based on audience voting.
- All finalists will receive coaching and pitch training before the live event.
5.4 Due Diligence; Additional Vetting Check
Participants of that are chosen as Finalists may be selected for additional vetting and due diligence as part of the evaluation process. By participating in the Competition, Participants agree to sign any documentation and provide any information necessary to complete said vetting and diligence. Participants who fail to provide the required information will forfeit eligibility and will be disqualified from further participation.
5.5 Affidavit and Release Requirement
Each Participant and the Business may be required to sign an Affidavit and Release to be provided by Sponsor, which grants to the Sponsor and its agencies the unrestricted rights to publish and use the finalists’ name, hometown, likeness, a 2-3 sentence summary of the Entry, and/or prize information for advertising and publicity purposes worldwide without limitation and without additional compensation, except where prohibited.
5.6. Finalist Selection & Live Pitch Event
The TSP Pitch Competition (“Competition”) will culminate in a live pitch event at TSP Live 2025, where the top three (3) finalists, selected through the judging process outlined in Section 5, will pitch their businesses in front of a panel of expert judges and the TSP Live audience.
Finalists will be announced on May 12th, 2025, and must be available to participate in person at the TSP Live 2025 Conference, which will take place June 26–28, 2025, at The Hotel at Avalon, Alpharetta, GA.
At the live event, finalists will each deliver a two-minute pitch, followed by a three-minute Q&A session with the judges. The winner will be determined based on the evaluation criteria outlined in Section 5.2.
In the event of a tie, the judges will reevaluate the tied finalists based on the three highest-weighted categories in Section 5.2. The finalist with the highest adjusted score will be declared the winner.
The winner will be announced live at TSP Live 2025 after the judges’ final deliberation.
5.6. Winner Verification
To be eligible to receive the $10,000 prize and additional benefits, the selected winner must comply with all Official Rules and Terms & Conditions of the competition.
The winning entrant and their business will be required to sign and return a Winner Verification and Release Agreement (“Prize Documents”) within thirty (30) days of being notified. These documents will include:
1. Verification of Eligibility – The winner must confirm that they meet all eligibility requirements, including submitting proof of business registration and other requested documentation.
2. Media & Publicity Release – The winner agrees to grant TSP and its affiliates the right to use their name, business name, likeness, and a brief summary of their pitch for promotional and marketing purposes, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
3. Funding Agreement – The winner must sign an agreement outlining how the $10,000 cash prize will be distributed and utilized to support business growth.
Failure to return the Prize Documents within 30 days, provide the required verification, or comply with the Official Rules may result in disqualification. If a winner is disqualified, or if the prize is forfeited for any reason, TSP reserves the right to award the prize to the finalist with the next highest score or to withdraw the prize entirely, at its sole discretion.
All federal, state, and local taxes and duties associated with the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Finalists and winners are subject to verification by TSP, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the competition. An entrant is not officially a winner unless and until their eligibility has been verified and TSP has notified them of their confirmed winner status.
6. Prizes & Awards
6.1. Prize Structure & Amounts
TSP will award the following prizes to the winners of the TSP Pitch Competition:
- Grand Prize (1 Winner): $10,000 cash investment.
- People’s Choice Award (1 Winner): Prize to be determined, awarded based on audience voting at TSP Live 2025.
TSP reserves the right to add additional prizes and recognize more winners at its sole discretion.
All prize funds will be awarded directly to the commercial bank account of the winning business. If the winning business does not have a commercial bank account, the prize funds will not be awarded until an appropriate business account is established. Failure to establish a business account within 30 days of winner notification may result in forfeiture of the prize.
6.2. Prize Delivery & Conditions
6.2.1. Delivery of Prize
The $10,000 Grand Prize will be awarded as a direct cash grant, with no equity or repayment obligations. The People’s Choice Award prize details will be determined and announced prior to the competition.
6.2.2. Conditions for Receiving the Prize
To receive the prize, winners must:
1. Sign the TSP Prize Agreement provided upon selection.
2. Provide proof of legal business registration, such as Articles of Organization or other official documentation.
3. Ensure the business is in good standing with state and local authorities.
4. Submit a completed W-9 form for tax reporting purposes.
5. Provide banking details for direct deposit of funds.
TSP reserves the right to verify all information submitted in the competition entry. If any material misrepresentation or nonconformity is found, or if the required documentation is not submitted within 30 days, TSP may suspend or revoke the prize.
6.3. Prize Award Timing
All confirmed winners who meet the eligibility and documentation requirements will receive their prize funds within 60 days of fulfilling all required conditions.
6.4. Additional Conditions & Restrictions
- One prize per entrant: A business may only win one prize in the competition.
- Taxes & responsibilities: Winners are solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with the prize. TSP is not responsible for tax withholdings or financial planning related to the award.
- No prize substitutions or transfers: Prizes are non-transferable, and winners cannot substitute cash prizes for other awards. However, TSP reserves the right to modify or substitute prizes at its sole discretion.
- Lost or unclaimed prizes: TSP is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unclaimed prizes. If a winner fails to claim their prize within 60 days, the prize may be forfeited.
6.5. Winner Monitoring & Follow-Up
TSP values the success of its winners and seeks to track the impact of the competition. All finalists and prize recipients will be asked to:
1. Complete a post-competition survey to provide feedback on their experience.
2. Participate in follow-up surveys within the first year after winning to share updates on business growth and how the prize funds were used.
3. Engage with TSP’s entrepreneurial community by providing testimonials, success stories, or participation in future events.
Participation in follow-up activities is not mandatory but is highly encouraged to help improve future competitions and support the continued success of TSP entrepreneurs.
7. Publicity and Intellectual Property Release
EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, BY PARTICIPATING IN THE TSP PITCH COMPETITION ("COMPETITION"), PARTICIPANT CONSENTS TO THE USE BY TSP EVENTS LLC ("TSP") AND ITS AUTHORIZED EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES, CONTRACTORS, OR THOSE ACTING AT ITS DIRECTION, OF THE PARTICIPANT’S LIKENESS, PHOTOGRAPH, AUDIO-VISUAL FOOTAGE, NAME, BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION, A 2-3 SENTENCE SUMMARY OF THE ENTRY, VOICE, OR ANY OTHER RECORD OF PARTICIPATION IN ANY COMPETITION-RELATED EVENT FOR ADVERTISING AND PUBLICITY PURPOSES IN ANY AND ALL MEDIA, NOW KNOWN OR HEREAFTER DEVELOPED, WORLDWIDE (INCLUDING WINNERS LIST) WITHOUT ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION OR NOTIFICATION.
In addition, Participant hereby authorizes TSP and its authorized employees, representatives, contractors, or those acting at its direction, to film, photograph, and interview Participant, and otherwise document their participation in any Competition-related event. With respect thereto, Participant hereby transfers and assigns to TSP all right, title, and interest in and to any and all interviews, photographic images, video and audio recordings, and statistical measurements that incorporate Participant’s demographic information. Participant waives any right to inspect or approve the foregoing, any materials that may be used in connection with the foregoing, or the use to which they may be applied.
Participant further grants to TSP and its authorized employees, representatives, contractors, or those acting at its direction, a limited, nonexclusive, irrevocable, worldwide license to use the Entry and any other communications, creative suggestions, ideas, notes, concepts, or materials that Participant may submit to TSP or post to TSP-owned digital platforms in connection with this Competition (collectively with the Entry, "Submissions") for the following purposes:
- To conduct the selection process as described in these Terms & Conditions, including sharing the - Entry or sections of the Entry with independent evaluators and judges for review.
- To publicize and market TSP and the Competition, including sharing a 2-3 sentence summary of the Entry on TSP’s owned or controlled websites, social media channels, and marketing and promotional materials, in any and all media now known or hereafter discovered.
- To evaluate and improve the Competition, by using demographic data and Entry summaries for internal program analysis and improvement of future competitions.
If any use by TSP of the Submissions results in liability to any third party—such as claims of plagiarism, copyright infringement, or violation of another's intellectual property rights—Participant agrees to indemnify and defend TSP and its agents, employees, affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, and all related parties from and against any and all damages, costs, judgments, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) which TSP incurs as a result of the use of the Submissions.
8. Warranties
Each Participant warrants and represents the following:
1. The Participant shall not violate any intellectual property rights, confidentiality obligations, right of privacy, or other legal rights of any person or entity.
2. The information provided by the Participant throughout the Competition is accurate and complete. If the Participant has failed to disclose any relevant information that may have impacted TSP EVENTS LLC decision to select them for the Competition, or if false or misleading information is provided, TSP reserves the right to rescind any awards, agreements, or support immediately, in addition to any other legal remedies available.
9. Legal Status
Nothing contained in these Official Rules & Terms or related to the Competition shall be construed as establishing or creating an employer/employee, partnership, or agency relationship between TSP and any Participant.
TSP shall not be responsible for any loss, accident, damage, or injury suffered by Participants arising during or as a result of participation in the Competition, including travel, whether sustained on TSP’s premises, event venues, or otherwise.
10. Electronic Communications
By participating in the Competition, the Participant acknowledges and agrees to electronic communication and delivery of all Competition-related documents and information, including updates, agreements, and notices, as designated by TSP.
By entering the Competition, the Participant further acknowledges and agrees to:
1. The transfer of personal data to the United States and its storage on TSP’s servers.
2. Clicking consent to these Official Rules as a binding form of an electronic signature, which will confirm agreement to the terms.
3. Certify that all information provided by the Participant is complete, current, and accurate.
11. Limitation of Liability & Release
By participating in the Competition, Participants hereby permanently, irrevocably, and forever waive and release any and all rights, claims, and causes of action against TSP, its affiliates, employees, contractors, and partners (the "Released Parties"), including but not limited to:
1. Any death, injury, or financial loss arising from participation in the Competition or the use of any prize.
2. Any claims for additional compensation beyond what is expressly provided in these Official Rules.
3. Unauthorized human intervention, technical errors, or administrative mistakes that may impair participation in the Competition.
4. Claims related to intellectual property infringement, including allegations that a Participant's entry violates the copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights of another entity.
5. Disputes between Participants and third parties, including employers, business partners, or investors.
6. Damage to persons or property arising in connection with the Competition.
TSP assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, or delay in operation or transmission, nor for any unauthorized access to Competition systems or websites.
IN NO EVENT SHALL TSP BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE COMPETITION OR THE USE OF COMPETITION MATERIALS, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, OR STRICT LIABILITY, EVEN IF TSP HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Nothing in these Official Rules shall be interpreted as granting Participants permission to use or display any TSP trademarks, logos, or intellectual property without prior written consent.
12. General Conditions
TSP reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify and seek damages from any Participant who:
- Violates these Official Rules or acts in a disruptive, fraudulent, or inappropriate manner.
- Tampers with or manipulates the operation of the Competition.
- Fails to comply with Competition guidelines or eligibility criteria.
TSP is not responsible for late, misdirected, erroneous, or incomplete entries, or for any technical malfunctions that may occur. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of entry.
Entries will be considered void if they are found to be illegible, incomplete, altered, or fraudulent.
Failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. If any part of these Official Rules is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
13. Nature of Relationship & Waiver of Equitable Relief
Participants acknowledge that TSP has access to many business ideas and submissions and that some may be similar or competitive to their Entry.
Participants agree that:
1. TSP is not obligated to provide compensation or credit for any idea submitted.
2. TSP is not responsible for protecting or preventing the development of similar ideas by other parties.
3. No Participant shall be entitled to injunctive or equitable relief against TSP based on any claim that TSP’s use of materials similar to their Entry has caused harm.
All claims or disputes shall be limited to a claim for monetary damages, if applicable.
14. Ability to Modify or Terminate
The Competition is provided by TSP "as is" without warranty of any kind.
If at any time TSP determines that the operation, security, or administration of the Competition is impaired, TSP reserves the right to:
1. Suspend the Competition to address the issue and then resume it.
2. Cancel the Competition and award prizes based on eligible Entries received up to the time of cancellation.
3. Modify the Official Rules as necessary and post an update on the official website.
TSP may terminate, cancel, or modify the Competition at its sole discretion and is not required to provide prior notice to Participants.
15. Force Majeure
TSP retains the right to suspend, modify, or terminate the Competition and/or prize awards in the event of circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to:
- Strikes, fires, war, terrorism, acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, public health emergencies, or government actions that prevent the completion of the Competition.
If a force majeure event occurs, the Competition and/or award of prizes may be extended, rescheduled, or canceled at TSP’s discretion.
16. Disputes & Choice of Law
This Competition is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Competition, including these terms and conditions, shall be resolved through binding arbitration, conducted in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed-upon arbitration provider.
If the parties cannot agree on an arbitration provider, arbitration will be administered by a nationally recognized arbitration organization.
- The arbitration shall take place in Georgia.
- The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding, with no right to appeal, except as permitted under applicable arbitration rules.
- The parties waive their right to bring any dispute in court, including class-action lawsuits or jury trials.
Each party shall bear its own costs and expenses associated with the arbitration, except as required by law or arbitration rules.

By participating, Participants consent to the collection, storage, and processing of their personal information for the purpose of administering the Competition.
